All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email support@brosealofficial.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, BROSEAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
