Shipping Policy

At BROSEAL, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier

At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

BROSEAL is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, BROSEAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@brosealofficial.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a carrier claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
